We offer a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your Jellish product to request a refund or return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Due to the nature of our product (a powder that transforms into a gel), we cannot accept returns for opened or used items.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your Jellish product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately.
To speed up the process, please send us a short video showing the issue so we can make it right for you as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original one (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If it’s approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
Please note: It may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
