Shipping & returns
Can I return the item if it doesn't work for me?
Yes! If your product is damaged or doesn’t work as described, just contact us within 15 days of receiving it, and you’ll receive a 100% refund.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email receipt. When your item ships, we’ll send your tracking number. You can follow your shipment status anytime on the Track Order page.
Do you provide a quality guarantee?
Yes! If there’s any issue with the product or you’re not satisfied, reach out. We use plant-based, irritation-free ingredients and conduct 15+ clinical tests to ensure safety and quality.
Can you tell me more about your shipping process?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days from our fulfillment center. Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Shipping times vary by location:
- Typically arrive within 3–7 business days
- Usually arrive in 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs process

Will I pay customs?
For international orders, customs or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
We do our best to ensure smooth delivery, but please check with your local customs office if you're unsure about possible charges.
What is your refund & return policy? How do I start?
We want you to love your Jellish experience — but if something’s not right, we’ve got your back!
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a 100% refund — no questions asked.
Even if you're simply not satisfied, you can request a return and refund within 15 days of receiving your order.
To start a return & refund:
- Go to our Contact Page
- Tell us you'd like a refund & return
- Include your order number and a brief reason (e.g. damaged item, change of mind, etc.)
- If your case qualifies, we’ll guide you through the next steps
To be eligible for return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging is preferred
- Must be within 15 days of delivery
Once your return is approved and, if needed, the product is received back, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing time.

Is there any issue with drainage after using it in the bathtub?
Not at all. Jellish is 100% water-soluble, rinses cleanly, and won’t clog pipes. It’s free from surfactants and breaks down naturally—good for your drains and the planet
Is it safe to use on sensitive areas of the female body?
Yes. Safety is our top priority. Jellish is made from 100% vegan ingredients, certified by Eve Vegan, and tested irritation-free in 15+ dermatology labs. You can use it with confidence
Where are your products made?
All of our Jellish products are made in South Korea, a country known for its high-quality skincare and cosmetic manufacturing standards. We work with trusted facilities that meet global safety and quality certifications to ensure every product is crafted with care and precision.
Can this product be used as a lubricant?
Yes. You can dilute a small amount of Jellish powder to your desired consistency and use it as a lubricant or massage gel. It’s made from plant-based ingredients, safe for intimate use.
Can this be used with other bath products?
Yes, but with care. Dissolve your other bath products first, then add Jellish. We don’t recommend combining with bath salts, as it may prevent proper dissolution.
Does it dissolve well in cold water?
Yes, it does! Although it dissolves faster in warm water, you can still use cold water—just allow 5+ minutes for full dissolution. The gel will thicken naturally as time goes on.
How long can I keep Jellish after opening it?
We recommend using Jellish within 3 to 5 days after opening the product. Since it doesn’t contain preservatives or surfactants, it's best to use it while it's fresh for the most enjoyable and safe experience. Be sure to keep it sealed and stored in a clean, dry place between uses.
